His skills in being able to identify value added processes, quickly sent him to multiple facilities around the country helping business leaders streamline businesses from the inside out. Mike grew into numerous leadership positions, managing teams from 6 to 150, full P&L responsibilities for fortune 500 companies, supply chain, marketing, and sales in both CPG and Food manufacturing. An entrepreneur at heart, Mike has started and managed numerous Amazon businesses representing millions in gross revenues. After completing numerous M&A deals with PE firms, fortune 500 companies, and small businesses, Mike decided to focus on the broker side of M&A to utilize his experience, business acumen, and communication skills to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
As a broker, he enjoys partnering with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their life goals and ambitions. Whether it is achieving the highest value for a seller’s business, or aligning a buyer with the perfect company to scale to the next level, Mike aims to partner with each client to achieve big things. He believes the key to building trust and getting deals done is honesty, communication, and transparency. As a father of 3 girls, he loves spending lots of time with his daughters, wife and dog. Outside of family time, Mike loves to workout, play sports, enjoys a good IPA, and traveling. ”
