I have an extensive IT consulting background, having worked over twenty-five years as an executive in technology for the world’s top tier consulting companies. I have managed complex IT as well as M&A programs across multiple industries for some of the largest private and public companies in North America. I left the corporate consulting world a few years ago to focus on my own entrepreneurial and investment goals.
My entrepreneurial spirit and passion for e-commerce started over twenty years ago, well before Amazon and Shopify, when I graduated with an MBA in eCommerce. Since that time, I have started a few and sold my own businesses. I believe this background helps me as a broker and business intermediary understand both the seller and buyer perspective.
When I am not closing a M&A deal, you can find me working out (I previously owned and sold a fitness business) or at a sporting venue for one of my three high school kids.
