Now, when you think about it, you’re about to sell what’s likely the single biggest asset that you own. By the time you are done, you’re going to deal with buyers, accountants, attorneys and banks, and every step of the way you better know answers because there’s going to be tons of problems that are going to come up. There’s no deal that’s seamless, and there’s no due diligence that does not have problems. A good broker knows how to guide the process from beginning to end.
