Andrew brings nearly 20 years of Wall Street experience in finance, management and operations. Having spent over 12 years with a private New York based hedge fund serving as the CFO & COO, Andrew gained immense M&A experience working on transactions in both the public and private markets. As a hedge fund executive, Andrew worked alongside highly experienced investment bankers where as a firm they raised and deployed nearly $2 billion in event-driven and special situations investments across the US & Europe.

Prior to his executive roles, Andrew served as a Senior Analyst focused on sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities for the firm’s various portfolios of investment strategies. Highly experienced in valuation and financial analysis, Andrew brings an analytical approach and discipline to his clients on both the buy and sell side.
