I contacted WebsiteClosers in June of 2021 to explore the possibility of selling two businesses as a single transaction. I was put in contact with Alex Mylonas and we began the process of putting together the offer. The process was smooth and well organized and Alex and I soon reached a valuation and a sales strategy that we both felt comfortable with. We received our first offer within a week and began negotiations shortly thereafter. Although this particular transaction ultimately fell through (due to Buyer illness), I quickly learned to trust and follow Alex’s counsel. The next few months were a whirlwind of activity and work, putting together the Due Diligence documents and interviewing potential Buyers. During this time, Alex was present and readily available. Believe me when I tell you that you need a broker like Alex when you go into this sales process. He became my wingman, my trusted advisor, counselor and at times… psychologist.
