Bio

Colson Myers has advised on more than $100M in eCommerce M&A transactions. His deal experience began at Inflection Brands, a digital-native investment bank focused exclusively on eCommerce M&A, where he executed sell-side advisory engagements across DTC, marketplace, and digitally native consumer brands. Inflection was subsequently acquired by Two Roads Advisors, a New York-based boutique investment bank.

Before joining Website Closers, Colson served as fractional CFO to multiple 7- and 8-figure eCommerce businesses, where he helped founders unlock cash flow, improve margins, and scale profitably. He is also co-founder of Bovi Health, a DTC supplement brand he operates alongside his wife. Running his own P&L gives him a direct understanding of customer acquisition economics, margin structure, and the operational realities that drive or destroy enterprise value in a sale.

Having executed sell-side transactions, advised founders through the financial complexities of scaling, and built a consumer brand from inception, Colson brings a depth of context to each engagement that spans the full lifecycle of an eCommerce business. He understands what buyers scrutinize in diligence, where enterprise value is built or lost in the financials, and how operational decisions made months before a sale ultimately shape deal outcomes.
