Mike Adams got his start as a continuous improvement engineer for Hewlett-Packard. His skills in being able to identify value added processes quickly sent him to multiple facilities around the country helping business leaders streamline businesses from the inside out. Mike grew into numerous leadership positions, managing teams from 6 to 150, full P&L responsibilities for Fortune 500 companies, supply chain, marketing, and sales in both CPG and Food manufacturing. An entrepreneur at heart, Mike has started and managed numerous Amazon businesses representing millions in gross revenues. After completing numerous M&A deals with PE firms, Fortune 500 companies, and small businesses, Mike decided to focus on the broker side of M&A to utilize his experience, business acumen, and communication skills to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Dr. Michael Freedman serves as a business broker and franchisee principal for The Digital Market Group. He believes that genuinely helping people solve their problems and meet their goals is the path to leading everyone involved to success. Michael attended undergraduate school at Florida State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and then went back to school for a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and then finally on to medical school at SCNM. Michael has been a commercial real estate appraiser, real estate investor, built multiple seven and six-figure e-commerce and Amazon businesses, and has owned multiple franchise businesses. Upon graduation from medical school, instead of practicing medicine, he decided to stay in the digital business space by working with Website Closers. Michael is a Tampa Bay area resident where he spends his leisure time with his wife and two amazing kids.
