Mark has over 30 years of experience, spanning a broad range of roles In the corporate world, as a management consultant, as an interim executive and M&A broker. In his multi-decade career in management consulting, he initially focused on the management of technology and its role in business strategy development and implementation, assisting his clients in utilizing technology to transform their businesses and enable major enhancement of engagement with their customers, vendors and other constituencies. Mark earned his M&A stripes assisting large corporations in assessing opportunities, performing due diligence, and planning and execution of integration. This experience propelled him into the M&A brokering role, first in brick and mortar, and now exclusively in tech-enabled businesses with Website Closers.
In addition to these activities, he has been a member of the Pasadena Angels investing group and served on the board of Personalized Media Communications, a company holding significant intellectual property in personalization of broadcast media and Parchment, a digital credentials service.
When he is not engaged in professional activities, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Susan and his three children and their families, as well as fitness activities and reading.
