Bio

I have a thirty plus years of experience as an entrepreneur. I have
consulted in every type of eCommerce, Software (SaaS) and IT Technology
businesses and experienced nearly every sort of challenge. I have exited
multiple companies. I have taken my years of experience as a successful
entrepreneur and have applied them to helping other owners do the same.

Additionally, I am always responsive to my client’s needs and go out of my
way to make each and every transaction smooth for them.

It is important to truly understand what is most important to the buyer and
seller of each transaction. I thrive one getting the best possible outcome
for both parties.

With a proven track record of working with everything from startups to
Fortune 500 companies, I bring 30 years of experience understanding the
goals and needs of my client.

On my off time I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a devoted husband
and father of two boys. My oldest is married and lives in the Ukraine with
his wife where they work on making a difference in the world. My other son
is a football player and is in his first year of college.
