Your Buyer Profile Page is a beautifully designed “executive summary” that describes who you are as a buyer, and will make you stand out from the competition. Using your Buyer Profile Page for buying a company is as important as using your resume for job hunting!
When buying a company, it is crucial that you set up a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to receive an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and open a company bank account. This allows for a smooth transfer of assets and capital during the acquisition process. During this step we will walk you through how to do this! NOTE: THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL.
Usually, we require all of our buyers to sign a new NDA for every deal they want to look at. This means, if a buyer is interested in learning about 10 of our businesses for sale, they would have to sign 10 NDAs! But as a member of our Buyer’s Club, you have the convenient perk of only having to sign a one-time blanket NDA that applies to all of our deals! This one-time NDA is valid for as long as your Buyer’s Club subscription remains valid.

As the final step, we are setting you up for success! You will meet with our team to receive your Certified Buyer Badge and your completed Buyer Profile Page! Also, as a special courtesy bonus, our specialists will conduct a brief reputation analysis of your Linkedin profile and teach you the best practices of how to make your social media profile look up to par so it can represent you in the best way possible! This is an important step because every seller will want to look at your LinkedIn profile to get their first impression of you.
