A Business Brokerage Team That Gets Thing Done!
There was a recent opportunity to sit down with one of our clients, Nick Losciuto, to discuss his experience with Website Closers and what it was like working with Ron and Jason, two of our Website Closers’ brokerage team members.
Nick recently sold his online business through Website Closers and worked with our brokerage team to make it happen seamlessly and for the price he wanted. Not only was Nick pleased with the outcome but talked about how easy his brokerage team was to work with during the entire process.
The client, Nick, talked about the fact that Ron and Jason make a great team. From his perspective, he noted that Ron is really great at understanding the business down to its core, as well as what makes it work — day in and day out. Nick stated that when you sell an online e-commerce business, you need to understand that even though you have a good business, it’s something else entirely to evaluate it from a neutral position and understand what it’s going to need in order to make someone else want to buy that business and take it over. As a seller, Nick noted that you have to entice a buyer to work through the actual dollars and cents of what that deal looks like, as well as the structure of how the deal is going to work.
With Ron and Jason, that came through pretty clearly during the calls the client had with him individually and as a team. Nick went on to say that this was something that they were really expert with — that the brokerage team totally understood what needed to happen. They were ready to go as soon as they had all the details.
In fact, Nick noted that they gave him a call within a day of him sending an inquiry, so he didn’t have to go through several receptionists and scheduled in a week or two. They were ready to go to work immediately.
Nick said he could tell that the brokerage team knew this was something important and, while they could have put things off, they jumped right on it. Nick stated, “So I could tell that’s the kind of person I would want to work with. I think it’s great to work with these guys and they helped me achieve something that’s really actually very tough to do.”
Without a doubt, Nick stated that he would use Website Closers again when he’s in the market to buy or sell an online business.
